I was genuinely impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff here, made me feel at home the moment I arrived.

The carpets were overstretched, just so untidy for a place that claims to be posh. The supposed lounge bar was a noisy disaster and I woudl expect compensation for all that chaos. Absolutely ridiculous! I was almost going to say something nice, but one look at those musty rooms changed my mind.
